Your Chess Club Leader

My name is Patrick Lindsey.  I love to learn and teach chess.  My first game was when I was 8 years old; a South Korean Chess Grand Master taught me to play, and we played 2 games.  I will never forget him.  This happened at a Christmas party in 1977.  I have been teaching chess to beginners since 2016.  I am passionate about the game, patient, kind and gentle.   Join me and my friends for chess & Starbucks refreshments every Sunday, from 3p-5p, to learn to play for free.  Private lessons are available for $45 an hour outside of chess club times (Starbucks Employee's & College Students are exempt from this fee).
